NCISAFF YOUTH TEAM
Yadvi Handa - NCISAFF Technical Coordinator. Yadvi is a Senior graduating from Franklinton High School in Franklinton, North Carolina. Member of the North Carolina Superintendent's Student Advisory Council with her chosen to lead the North Central Region which includes 14 counties, as a Student Advisor. SSAC advisors have the opportunity not only to share their perspectives as current students but also to provide invaluable insight to state leaders on how to make positive changes within North Carolina’s education system. She has acted in many theater plays that happened in the High school. She was also the Assistant Director for one of the Theater plays. She is voice trained in Italian songs. She has acted in films, Yadvi-The Dignified Princess, Dude - where is my dream girl, & Sarees Across America.

Nigel Charleston - NCISAFF Communications & Marketing Coordinator - Nigel J. Soden, is a Junior at Wake Forest High School in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Understanding the importance of acquiring leadership skills, Nigel has assumed many roles at school and in his community. Nigel currently serves as Junior class Representative for the Student Government Association and previously held the position of Secretary in his sophomore year. Appointed by his high school principal Nigel represented Wake Forest High School on the Superintendents Student Leadership Council. Recognized for his academic excellence, Nigel is a member of the National Achievers Society. Volunteer efforts include working to end food insecurity and social action. Nigel volunteers with Northeast Backpack Buddies (former Board Member), The Hope House, and the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina. He has worked with his local voting precinct doing literature drops for campaigns and served as a poll greeter.

Kim Soden is the new Board member of NCISAFF. She is the Co-Founder of the Wake Forest Film Festival, has been on the Cultural Board of Wake Forest from 2017 to 2019. She has been on PBS for two shows, and also has a supporting role in Sarees Across America.

Ketki has volunteered her time as a volunteer for NCISAFF and FFIFF She has assisted in many film making projects with Yadvi-The Dignified Princess, Welcome to North Carolina, Crossing Borders: An American Story, and many others. She has also been involved in film selection process for both festivals.
